Decomission a couple of japanese teTeX ports

Resetting maintainership on ports that have not been staged and without any
pending PR

Fix properties on pkg-plist

Add NO_STAGE all over the place in preparation for the staging support (cat:
japanese)

- convert to the new perl5 framework
- trim Makefile header

Fix dependency.

- Welcome X.org 7.2 \o/.
- Set X11BASE to ${LOCALBASE} for recent ${OSVERSION}.
- Bump PORTREVISION for ports intalling files in ${X11BASE}.

Fix build:
  - Use USE_GHOSTSCRIPT instead of defining it in BUILD_DEPENDS.
  - Add dependency of japanese/ipa-ttfonts.

Migrate japanese/ptex{,-base,-tetex} to japanese/ptex; the old version
of japanese/ptex has been removed and japanese/ptex-tetex has been
renamed with japanese/ptex.  These are almost the same with each other
(actually ptex-tetex had some upper compatibility with ptex), so there
should be no functionality regression.

Also, dependencies of the relevant ports have been updated and
PORTREVISON bumped.

- Fix change in ports/107728 by adding ja- prefix to the package

Maintainer approved change of dependency:
japanese/vfghostscript55 -> japanese/ghostscript-gnu-jpnfont

Although vfghostscript55 is being obsoleted, old users who use
vfghostscript55 are not necessarily required to update.
Therefore PORTREVISION doesn't bump.

MASTER_SITES has moved.    

Make this port depend on ptex-euc instead of platex-euc since it's gone.    

Convert category japanese to new layout.  

Add patches for Perl 5.6.0.    

Add nkf to RUN_DEPENDS.   Remove pnmtopng from RUN_DEPENDS. (netpbm contains it
now)
