Suggested by: portlint 4.1.0_20060203 gerald Base this port on lang/gcc41 instead of lang/gcc40. The former has not
formally been released yet, but it's very close and Fortran support is so
much better than in the latter, that this seems appropriate.
This is also based on concrete recommendations by a GFortran developer and
a user based on their experiences. 4.0.0_20041205 maho Fix index build[1] and remove
unreferred files and clean up[2]
