Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles

Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.

This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles

It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.

Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.

There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

mail/textmail: Fix previous pdftotext breakage better

This unmaintained port was marked broken after pdftotext was relocated
away from bin/ with the rest of the xpdf package.  That happened to
avoid a conflict with poppler-utils.  The better fix is to change the
dependency to use pdftotext program from the preferred poppler-utils
port which remains installed in the standard bin/ path.

Add NO_STAGE all over the place in preparation for the staging support (cat:
mail)

- Convert to new perl framework
- Trim Makefile header

Fix brokenness caused by graphics/xpdf r1.102.

Bump PORTREVISION after open-mofit update

For ports maintained by ports@FreeBSD.org, remove names and/or
e-mail addresses from the pkg-descr file that could reasonably
be mistaken for maintainer contact information in order to avoid
confusion on the part of users looking for support. As a pleasant
side effect this also avoids confusion and/or frustration for people
who are no longer maintaining those ports.

Add port mail/textmail:

Textmail filters a mail message or mbox, replacing MS Word, MS Excel,
HTML, RTF, and PDF attachments with the plain text contained therein.
By default, the following attachments are also deleted: image, audio,
video, and MS Windows executables. MS winmail.dat attachments are
replaced by any attachments contained therein, which are then replaced
by text or deleted in the same fashion. Any of these actions can be
suppressed with the command line options. Mail headers can also be
selectively deleted.
